Foundation Crack Repair

We use only the most advanced epoxy and urethane to perform crack injections.  Our hydrophobic polyurethane is designed to stop all water infiltration and exfiltration.  It adheres tenaciously to practically all substrates, wet or dry.  When the urethane meets water, it reacts and repels any excess, forming a closed cell barrier which does not allow water to pass through it.

Here's how it works...

Soil voids filled with water behind your foundation wall allows water to enter your home through cracks.
  1. We first seal the interior surface of the crack with an advanced epoxy to ensure no water can penetrate the wall.
  2. Injection ports are installed to allow for injection of our hydrophobic polyurethane.
  3. As the crack is injected the urethane move upward permanently sealing out water while filling the voids behind the foundation wall.
  4. Once the process is completed and the urethane is cured your once leaky foundation crack is sealed for good and guaranteed never to leak again!
